Happy Women's Day,

Today in so many countries celebrating the International Women's Day.  It has been even affected the weather, since it has been very beautiful sunny and warm spring day. It has been a while since sun and warm has been out, even thought this winter we have not seen much snow. Mostly rain and more rain. As I have said before, when I love snow and winter, but right now, when I look out to my garden and can see how everything is starting to grow, when I do not want to see anymore snow.  Now the spring is welcome.
Today me and my little black sunshine Sally enjoyed Women's day. First I made some shopping for handcraft and after that we took a long walk in park in the city. It would have been a crime to not enjoy such a beautiful day. After an hour, we was ready to take ride back at home. On the road we went through flower shop and bought some spring flowers, so that I could make it bit nicer by the entrance.
Back at home after all things was done, I had a small very tired dog. Seemed that she enjoyed all this walk in the park and planting and running in the garden as well as I did. It was very good day for me. A real Women's Day, where I could do exactly what I wanted. I could not wish a better day!

New project,

Last couple of days I have tried to make some handwork again. I have missed it, but unfortunately my shoulder makes, that I have big restrictions how much I can do it. That feels sad for me, since I love to go into my own bubble and make something nice for myself, my home, my friends, my family and for my costumers. Always the results are different and still personal, since I love to put my heart on my works I do.
The project, what I have now on my hand is a curtain into the kitchen, so that it should fit with other things there what I bought for the present card I got as Christmas present. In the same time, it is my own made and feels little bit more personal, since others does not have precisely that one. As I have said before, even thought that pattern is the same, when materials can be different, embroidery thread colors are different and that makes, that end result is never not the same.
Hopefully my shoulder will keep some how as long as it takes to finish the project I have for my own home :)
So, hopefully soon, I can show the final result. I have loaded home with some more thread for the project :)

Christmas table decoration,

Today I made a small Christmas group for table as decoration. This has been first for this year and I think it came out quite OK. I liked that small elf under Christmas tree :) Christmas is arrived :D OK, almost :D

Last weekend I got a nice present. A nice flower. Today morning it started also to flower. Since it is very beautiful, I thought to share it with you. I also would like to say thank you for the persons, from whom I got it.
