Lussekatter,

Here in Sweden people has tradition to eat from Advent to Christmas buns what is here called "Lussekatter" It is bakery what has as ingredients saffron and raisins. They taste actually quite good and interesting :) This year I must admit, I liked them more, than I liked them last year. I think one reason is also that now I am used with them, last year it was something totally new for me. They look like S. Tastes good :P

Tiramisu,

Friday evening I thought that it would nice to have something as dessert on Saturday lunch just before Tommy's dad will go back to home and we into city for make last Christmas shopping, because next week, will come busy week and just time will fly.
So, I did not want to spend all evening in the kitchen and thought, could I find something easy to make. In some reason I saw Tiramisu receipt and thought that no, I will not do it, because it takes probably so long time and I had no plan to spend hours and hours at the kitchen, since we had guest and also I felt bit tired after the long day. But I also know that I like tiramisu and I started to read it. My surprise was, that it does not take that long time, as I thought that it will take. So, I thought, why not. I have ingredients at home and I could try. It can only have to way result :D It would be eatable or it would be thrown away :D  My result was, that all family liked it :D I just made a small adjustments :D Instead of liqueur I used whisky :P And it was better than the one I have eaten before, since whisky brings somehow more flavours to it.

It is something nice in Estonian language and made me bit miss home and my family there, but I hope I will see them soon :)

Weekend,

It is Friday and weekend has been arrived. This weekend has been long waited, since last weekends this month has been busy and during a weeks, we have had work to do. Else it has been nice week. Full of work and celebrated how our friend finished her education and is ready to enter in work field.
This week I also made something nice and good to my family. Sent a small surprise to them and lucky for me - they loved it. Even thought I was afraid, that they do not like my small surprise. Today came my fiancés dad visit us. He has not been yet in our new home, after we moved from our old apartment. He had also christmas tree with him, what now waits to be taken in tomorrow.
Have a nice Friday evening and just enjoy time with friends and family. I will do it.

Snowing,

Today is already Thursday and just one more day left in this week and it is weekend. This time the weekend is really waited. At least from my side. I will try to get rid of my temperature and same time will sleep in the morning :)

The weather outside today is again snowy. One way it is very nice and wonderful and other hand, I have to clean snow again in front of the home and garage, but as much I know, when soon will be spring and summer and no snow :) Actually, I love the snow. It is so pure and so clean, just the small parts of it, what I don't like :) Like traffic chaoses and cleaning many times a day the roads at home :D Else, it is nice and wonderful. Just something to look at every day :)
