Home alone,

It is Monday and just counted days is left for Christmas. weather here is promising more winter and more snow for Christmas and on highways there are chaos :) Today and tomorrow evening I am home alone. My other part is somewhere in his business trip and I am home making last christmas present, working and last night also baked. I had never done muffins before, even thought they say it is easy, but something last night make to try it. It should have been banana muffins, but since I had not banana home, I made chocolate chip muffins instead and result was very good. My sweetheart took  some of the muffins with him on his long car trip and after when I came home from work, I just made bit different cream on them and cup of warm glög made them taste very good :P I must say, even if I thought in the beginning that it takes long time to make muffins, when I must admit, I needed to try to make them :D It went very fast actually :) So, now I know that I can make them next time again and try to have different taste just :)

Fourth advent,

I just want to wish to all my dear friends and family and to my blog readers,  have a nice fourth advent and soon is Christmas time. There is just need to wait 5 more days and when we can sit around christmas tree with family by talking, exchanging christmas present, listen nice christmas carols and why not even look some nice and heart warming christmas movies. Have a nice fourth advent everyone!

Our Chistmas tree,

 This year, we have got our first Christmas tree. Last year we had just some brunches at home, since we lived on third floor and it was rental apartment, this year on the other hand, we have our own home and just there are so many other small reasons why to have a nice christmas tree. Main reason would be perhaps also that it is something what will be last until January and brings some light and happiness home to us. Other thing would be, that why not to start our own small christmas traditions what would be beginning of something new. This years christmas tree came from Falköping from Tommy's dad's land and now it is decorating our home.

It is nice and we decorated it together what meant a lot actually for us as well. And of course we had our small helpers or let me think :D Small plunders :D Specially one :P Hopefully now after he had played with christmas tree decorations, they can be left in peace and just decorate the tree through fourth advent until beginning of January.

Lussekatter,

Here in Sweden people has tradition to eat from Advent to Christmas buns what is here called "Lussekatter" It is bakery what has as ingredients saffron and raisins. They taste actually quite good and interesting :) This year I must admit, I liked them more, than I liked them last year. I think one reason is also that now I am used with them, last year it was something totally new for me. They look like S. Tastes good :P

Tiramisu,

Friday evening I thought that it would nice to have something as dessert on Saturday lunch just before Tommy's dad will go back to home and we into city for make last Christmas shopping, because next week, will come busy week and just time will fly.
So, I did not want to spend all evening in the kitchen and thought, could I find something easy to make. In some reason I saw Tiramisu receipt and thought that no, I will not do it, because it takes probably so long time and I had no plan to spend hours and hours at the kitchen, since we had guest and also I felt bit tired after the long day. But I also know that I like tiramisu and I started to read it. My surprise was, that it does not take that long time, as I thought that it will take. So, I thought, why not. I have ingredients at home and I could try. It can only have to way result :D It would be eatable or it would be thrown away :D  My result was, that all family liked it :D I just made a small adjustments :D Instead of liqueur I used whisky :P And it was better than the one I have eaten before, since whisky brings somehow more flavours to it.
