Chocolate coffee cake,

Here I am again as I promised last night.
In weekend we had guest over to our house. As small tradition, every time we have someone over and visit us, I will make some cake or some other kind of dessert. This time I decided to make a cake for a coffee. When I thought, what would be good and tasty, when I came to an idea to make something I have done and same time what I have not done. Result was chocolate tip coffee cake :D And it was good. Even the final touch I made with chocolate cream, it came out. I had no recipe for that, so I thought that I will give a try for it anyway :D If it would not come out, when it would not be first time :D And as wisdom says also, we learn from our mistakes. End was that it came out. It was eatable and it was very good :) I liked it, and as I got to know, when also others liked it. And that was most important for me, because they was the judges for it.

 

The clementines gave a freshens and bit sour taste but the taste was amazing. That has gave me idea, that I should try more in other times to have combination with dark chocolate and clementines. 

Cosy Sunday,

It is Sunday evening. Time just flies. First week from the new year has been passed and tomorrow morning is Monday again and everybody just will continue with their everyday routines.Same is even for me. Do I want it or not, it just will come.
This weekend has passed quite fast. In Friday afternoon we got friends over to visit us and some friends left today. The days was occupied with good company, playing table games and just spend nice quality time.

For me, this today evening was time to relax a little, before crazy week ahead. So, I decided to look my over 10 000 crowns cost movie. I believe many asks, how one DVD can cost so much. Easy, just after I bought the movie, I pumped together with another car. Happens, I know, but on my own birthday, that is bad coincidence :) And I just went to that shop and area, for get the movie.

I got my fiancée even to look that movie with me. It was interesting I must admit :) He was like Mr. Big  :) No, must say another way :) He is like Mr. Big :) Grumpy and Sulky, just only old black and white movies are missing :) But, we women does not always understand men and they does not understand defiantly us :)
So, one weekend I have plan to make girls weekend and just look girls movies. That would be interesting and just men free weekend :) Hope, that it does not end, as for the ¤ girls in Sex and the City when they was in Abu Dhabi :)

So, if I should say something about this movie, when I must say, that I liked it. I also have to include, that I have liked both Sex and the City movies and serial. It has been very interesting and good.  I can recommender it to look it as well for others, who has not yet seen it, but same time, as many as there is different people in the world, as many different opinions and tastes can be founded.

Wedding night,

Today it has been a day full of small things what also needs to be done before our wedding in the end of April, because some things just needs to be done or booked bit ahead. One thing what was need to be done also, was to book hotel room to us for our wedding night. We had some discussions about, where we should be that night, because we wanted to be somewhere else and just not at home. We thought that this night should be a bit different from our everyday life. Under consideration was couple of hotels and winner was, Scandic Portalen in Jönköping :) I have only made sometimes bookings to that hotel, when I worked at the Hilton Reservations Worldwide, but never have self been there. I have just passed it on my way to cinema or if I have been in west part of Jönköping. So, now we can try to be a night there and see what would be our experiences with this hotel.

Tax office,

Today we have been at the tax office because if you want to get married in Sweden, you need to get marriage license what says that we are not family and related with each other and as well, that we both are not married.
For me, the last past was complicated, since when I moved to Sweden, when first time tax office had made mistake and when we asked in the beginning of the December, that what we need to do, to get that licence and then she told, but in our system we can see, that you are single and have not been married so that would not be any problem, that you need both to come here, fill some papers and wait the license :D Hmm, I said, but I have been married. Ojdå, but when we have made mistake and you need to come right a way and show the papers that you are divorced :D So I did it. That problem was solved. I got this week the paper from Tax office that now I am divorced and that meant for me, that now we can go and apply the marriage license, so that in April we can get married :)  So, today, since we both was free, we went Jönköping, gave in our papers and now, we just have to wait :D and probably more to wait :D But at least, we have made our part of the things :) That is most important :)
