GI - Chocolate cake



There are so many people who likes to loose weight and thinks that it is end of the world if there is no desserts or cakes what can be done. We like also once in a while a cake and therefore this one is our one favourite.

Ingredients:
12 bites:

100 gr butter
300 gr dark chocolate ( over 70% cacao)
4 egg
½ dl fruit sugar
little salt
½ dl nuts

For serving:
2 dl whip cream
½ lime peel
2 table spoons chopped lemon melissa

Preparations:
Put oven to 175 degrees. Melt butter and after that include chocolate bites and mix it until all is melted and one mass. Divide egg whites and yellows. Whip egg whites separately and egg yellows with sugar and salt on other bowl. Mix whipped egg yellows with melted butter and chocolate and mix it through. Annex whipped egg whites and mix all so that it is mixed correctly thorough. Take around 23cm baking form and put all mix in. Roast nuts on dry pan and include them to cake and put all this form to oven for ca. 15 minutes. Let it cool down.
For serving whip whip-cream and if it is hard, put lime peel and lemon melissa inside and mix a little. Just cut piece of cake, and put spoon of cream next and ready to eat :)

Carrot gratin



Today I made something easy and low fat food for lunch and for my surprise it tasted very good, so I decided to share that also with other people.

Ingredients:
500 gr Carrots
200 gr Turkey ham
5 egg
100 gr Philadelphia cream cheese
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:
Bolts or chop raw carrots. Boil them a little time until they are semi-soft. Chop the ham and can then roast a little time, but not necessary. Mix egg and cheese together and mix bit with salt and pepper. Bake in oven on 180 degrees around 30-40 minutes.

01.01.2010



First day of a new year has been arrived for now. It feels nice and good to have a new year, what till bring us a lot new challenges in a life.
It came nicely with friends in Gothenburg. At midnight we had champagne and went out to look fireworks. Just spent a good time. Later in morning we started to drive back at home. Had small coffee stop at Borås. After arriving home was need to unpack and just relax. It felt good to be back at home. Could feel like a human, but tiredness is still inside, so that means, that it will be early night to bed, since tomorrow is a new day and a lot of other things what needs to be done :)
For me I have quite many things what I am waiting from this year. Also I hope that some will come true :) Do they come true, can say last day of a year and think how it has been, what has been good and what should have been different!
