Summer is over,

and autumn has slowly started to arrive. Some trees have already lost all the leaves and others have started to change the colour.
For me, the busy time has arrived. Tomorrow will be first day at school for me again after a while. This study will be combined together with work and other things. Most sadly I probably am, because I can't spend as much time as I would like to behind my sewing machine, but on the other hand, I will have eventually opportunity to work with something I feel and burn for. Something I really love and like. That does not mean, that I do not like what I am doing already today, but I also would like to work with the part I love as well.
All that means a lot of hard work next upcoming years. Both in school and as well at work. Hopefully I can manage all of this and I believe that I will. The supporting husband by my side all wishes can became true.

Summer has been very nice and I have been very happy over the opportunity to spend 3 weeks with my aunt. We also have had nice time with my husband. Small trips in Sweden. Together we will visit in winter my family also in Estonia. Seems, that it will be the trips, I have time to take. Later after school we will have more time to spend abroad and visit other countries.

This year has brought many ups and downs as well with it. Some in personal life and some in our company. One thing, what is good with roads to down, that you can't just go down. In one moment the luck has to turn and road should start to go up again. Not always the road can go just down. It has to have ups as well or else it would be just miserable through every day.
It has been good time with people I care about around.

Table cloth,

Soon summer is over and autumn will arrive. On the other hand sometimes it feels already, that autumn has arrived and that there has been no summer at all, mostly rain and cold. Some days at least it has been nice weather, what has made feel, that it is right time of the year.
This oval table cloth is made for spring and summer. Same time, it would not be wrong to use it during a year, since flowers at home during a year is always very nice and makes us feel more happy.
Patterns for that table cloth are coming from Embroidery Library. They have very big choice of different patterns. I have bought quite many from there as well.

Some more towels,

 
Since my plan has been from the beginning to change all kitchen towels, when I thought that 6 new one is not enough and I made 3 more. After that I think, that I can now stop at least to make new ones for own kitchen, since anyway only 3 are in use at the same time.
Since I did want that they are same style, when even this fabric is cotton and has same hanging hoop as others have had. Embroidery pattern has became also together with my Pfaff Creative embroidery machine, only difference is that 2 of the towels has been made also by using cross stitch embroidery pattern and I felled in love more in cross stitch, than I did love it already before.
Same as with others, that even thought, pattern has been used before, when choice of thread colour has made end result much more different than others has been. Kitchen towels can be ordered.

Black and white kitchen towels,

 
It has not been blue towels, what I have been made. I have made another set by 3 in black and white square fabric. That has been part of the renewing kitchen, what I have had in plan. Just something new and different and most of all, handmade with love. Colours makes, that it is so much playing area and it is same time very fun to see how the road towards end result is coming out because never do not know how it will be, if you use own choice of thread colour and not the one what book has given.
Patterns for those towels did came together with my Pfaff Creative embroidery machine. Those towels can be ordered.

New curtains,

Finally I can breath out, since another project for my own home is finished. Result is - new curtains in our living room. Small start for changes in living room has been started. Slowly and step by step the final result will be as we both would like.

I decided to play a little with patterns and thread colour. I am very satisfied now with end result. It does not have to be same and similar. That makes it more interesting. Only the thread colour is totally same on curtains by balcony doors.

Roses are red...

This motive comes as well from Husqvarna Viking embroidery card nr 162 " Blooming Flower " This beautiful rose can be made so many ways. This is just one way. It also can be made as pop-up flower. I have self not tried yet, but who knows, if there will be more time, when I also can do it :)
I have tried this rose once before as well. When I used fabric what was much more thinner than this one and difference is there. Since it has so many stitches, when thicker fabric makes, that end result is much nicer. 

Table placement mats/ table cloth

Pattern for that table placement mats is coming from Husqvarna Viking embroidery card nr. 180 " Mega Blosson " It can be used with different fabrics and thread colours. The flower in the heart can be made with other fabric or leave it as in this case I decided not to use any other fabric, since I thought it will look nice anyway.

Tulips,

This nice motive comes from Embroidery library and in this case is used on table placement matt or why not just nice tablecloth for table or under vase or so on. It can be very nice present to give away and make someone else happy.

Towels for present,

Usually it is so hard to find a present for a colleague, friend, family member and so on. I had same problem last year until I tried to make something different - a personal towel. It does not has to be something big, can be also something small. Those towels are 30x50 cm and has embroidered name and hoop for hanging on.
It is very nice to receive something personal and what comes from heart. Different possibilities for colour of towel, text picture. Just small present and the person who receives the present is happy.

The towel does not have to have a name on. It can be for friend or for guests and so on. There is so many different possibilities what to have on it.
