Bake 20 minutes in the middle of the own in 175 degrees.

When cake has bit cooled down, when take it out of form. On the table put wet towel and new sheet baking paper on it. turn the cake bottom on it and tear off the baking paper from the bottom. Cover it with baking form and let it cool down until it is cold.
Spread chocolate Philadelphia cream cheese first on it.  Whip up the whip cream and cover cake with it. Top it with sliced peaches and roll it together.

Out in nature,

It has been a while, when I was last time out in nature with camera. Of course, I did not have my camera with me also today, since I forgot it home. As usually in my case ;)
I am very happy that my iPhone has quite OK camera and I could use that. Negative was that phone was uncharged and got empty and memory is full :D It happens only with me, but here are some pictures, what I did today when I took this trip. Had to enjoy the last beautiful days outside, since summer has passed anyway mostly with rain this year.

Back at school,

It has been now some weeks, when I have been back at school. It feels so strange to be back after a while from University. As I studied in Estonia as well I will study here the corporate law.
First subjects have been started and first books are ordered. I might be stupid that I have ordered all new books, but that has been easiest so far. At least I thought so.
It is quite big difference between different countries and even schools and subjects. Compared here, at least in first subjects we have a lot of books to read and many small works to give in before the big exam, we did not had that same way it built in Estonia. At least I am happy that I like reading. Else it would be hard.
Most biggest book is Swedish Law - the elected collection of different laws. Very heavy and mostly every time with me at school. That we did not had Estonia. They did not have same kind collection of laws in one book. I think that is quite good.
This week we had also first assignments to hand in. Will see, have I passed in one and on the other one will see, was I on the list to check the work.
One big difference here is, that classes are much more bigger than we had in Estonia. There was max 30 students in class, here is over 80 students. Some groups in some classes are divided to smaller groups.
So far I can say good things about school. Will see how it ends :) Hopefully well and I can manage it.
