Bon Apetit!,

Today I got done my order. Result for table placement mats came very nice. So, I decided to give a small taste of it, how table can look out with them. I liked it. They looked something different than usually and that made them unique. If you would like to order similar ones or different color, just mail me and we discus it and soon you can have something completely different on the table as well.

Sea theme on the table,

I got a new order for board placement mates what I have done now for a while. I will give them away next Saturday, when we are going to Gothenburg. Person, who will get the placement mates loves sea, and sea theme, so therefor my placement mates having a nice lighthouse on. They are bit different from my last order :) So, hopefully, when my work is done, we all are satisfied with the mates.

Project re-dressing my ironing board,

I felt that I need one more project at home to do and that was change fabric on our ironing board, since the one we had was old and I thought that it would be good idea to make some more changes at my sewing room, since it has got a big makeover already and had been got more organized and that has changed the room much nicer.
So in the weekend I decided to take time for it and now the result is, that we are having nice ironing board and did not need to to shop for at buy new one :) Small things can make a big difference.

Table placement mates,

For some time ago, I  got my first order for table placement mates, what I delivered already in august, but just now, when I am almost done with the new order, I came to remember, that I have not put pictures up. All the pictures are different on that order and are from Husqvarna Viking embroidery card nr: 78 Kitchen and Garden II.

Water Medium,

Today I my gym time again. Only this time, it did not went totally as it should had to go. Sometimes it is very easy for me to forget that I have asthma and that made some complications for my training.
Today we had new trainer and even thought the pass had name Water Medium, it should be called Water Intensive, since tempo and pulse was up all the time. I must admit, it was good training and I liked, just suddenly in one point, I had very hard to get air. Usually I don´t have my inhalator with me at the pool, same thing was also this time. So I caused bit panic in pool for the fellow training mates and for the trainer. But they was kind and helped me to the locker room so I could get my asthma inhalator and get air back.
After the training pass I just took bit easy so that I could get my breathing back for usual one and be as usually. My dear husband was nice and offered to come to city and take me home, but since it is his weekend and he has one of his friend over so that they can have gaming weekend and I just did not want to destroy it. So I took it very easy and when I was feeling better and felt comfortable to drive again, I took car to home and everything went well.
Next time I just had to remember, that I should take my inhalator also by the pool just in case. So in the end, I had happy accident and I am thankful for the help I got.

Gratitude,

Today I got to see how grateful some people can be. How the small things can make big exchange and those small things warms just the heart.
In the early evening I spent today 2 hours as help. My task was to help a boys with their school work and try to explain and also just to be there and listen them. For some weeks ago I said yes to help one organization here in my home commune. Task is to help refugee boys with their school work, but also to be here just for them and listen them. Today was my first meeting with them and it went very well. Just before 2 boys left, they said that they was very grateful that I took my time and came to help them and that I will come next week again to meet them and help them. That warmed up my heart. Just that small gesture showed how much that meant for them and how grateful they are for the help they get, since that helps them more to understand what is asked in book or what is needing to do.

Small things can be solid ground for big things. I am happy that I can help them again next week, since that teaches me too to be more thankful for every small possibility and thing.That is very good thing and can recommend to everyone else as well to experience. Just small things can matter a lot.

Christmas in Estonia,

Today got it final - we spend some days between Christmas and New Year in Estonia with my family. It feels actually very good and have made me very happy today as well.
As we decided with Kristi end of last week, that we should have this year Christmas vacation together as most other companies has, when that gave me also possibility to travel to Estonia and that felt good.
Today we booked plain tickets for me and my love and even booked rental car, since that becomes cheaper than if we would take our own car over with boat and also it saves quite a lot on time and time is something what is bit valuable that trip.
So, now it is just Christmas what is needed and when it is not far to spend time with family. When I have opportunity to see small family member as well.

Weekend,

This weekend has been very nice and same time we have taken bit easy, at least today, since it has been very long time, since we could do it.
Yesterday after gym and my schoolwork, we had nice relaxing Saturday evening with my dear husband. He had prepared nice dinner for us, I had lighted all candles we have at home and I must admit, we don't have only one or two candle holders :D We have a lot :D But I love living candlelight and that makes home more cozy and nice.
Today morning we did something we have not done another long time - sleeping morning and long morning at bed.

After breakfast, we both have been sitting with our own hobbies. I must say, sometimes I just hate the Internet, but sometimes I just love it. Lately I have got bigger and bigger interest for quilting. I have  got it for years ago, but when I lived in Estonia and could not see, that people shared so willingly their ideas, works and all of that. On the other hand I saw many beautiful works and that was that what planted the seed for quilting. Now, after I moved to Sweden and bough my dear Smarty, I have stated to look more and more about quilting. Now, when I can understand about language and I have found all other world. Today I discovered 3 more pages and I must say, that made me fall in love to Internet. One of the pages even had instructions, so that made me happy. Now, after I have made my two courses at school and will have bit more my time back, I can start to make more things with it. Saw also page where I can buy some more malls and things and have ordered Christmas pattern for quilting, so, it will be interesting. Can't wait until I can start to make some Christmas present, what will be this year bit personal and different compared with other years :) I think, that I like this all more, is that I am not professional sewer, but when I do things, I will put my heart and emotions into it and things have bit of me inside. Also that makes, that all things are not similar, even thought pattern and ideas are the same as perhaps on previous work. In my opinion that makes things also more personal. 

Now I will digging back to virtual world and will start to look more things and gather some more idea's :)

Water Zumba

Today I had in the morning again my training pass. I had booked a water zumba for me. So, 10:45 I checked in to Atlantis Spa and it was time for my zumba :D
Today we had two trainers and luckily the pass was same as all other times, so the steps was not new for me. On the other hand the pass was  very much full of energy and that made all us laugh and we got good time. Sometimes it was bit hard for trainers to synchronize their thoughts, but that made us more laugh and made that we got good time.
In the end when time was to go home, I felt that I had got more energy, when I had before my gym pass and that was good and needed, since school work was wait me at home :)
I am really satisfied with my training and gym choice. The first impression can change peoples mind and choices. For me, that counted a lot. Can't wait my next weeks training pass :)

Table cloth - experiment

Today after work and after lunch with my dear husband, I came home and had an idea to try something I never have tried before - 2 sides table cloth.

The idea, I got the idea from one of the magazines and of course, I needed to try to make it. So after the work I visited fabric shop and got 2 different kind of fabrics. The both fabrics was bit harder, but now after the table cloth is ready, I think it was bit too hard. For the better result, I think it should had need to be bit more softer, but since that was first time anyway when I made it, when I think it was interesting to try with different fabrics.

This table cloth will be stay at our home anyway, since I liked the fabrics, but for sale, it must be more nicer and that means, different fabrics. Pictures are made from one side of table cloth. Other side is white as the edges from the pictures. Both fabrics has nice and discrete pattern. 

Crayfish party,

Yesterday we had crayfish party with our Lions Club. Now day after the party, we can consider that this party was very nice and very good.
Preparations for the party started already on Friday. My dear husband made typical Swedish dish called "Janssons Frestelse" - it includes potatoes, anchovies, onion, whip cream, salt and pepper. For me, I do not like it that much, but I know that my husband loves that dish. Usually he makes it for Christmas.
I made an typical Estonian pasta salad and baked apple cocos cake for the coffee.

Others made also herring, different pies, crayfish, boiled potatoes, different breads and cheese and some other salads. Must say, the food was very very good, but also the people who made that party very good.
After then all others was left, we started to clean up. After that we started our way to home. First stop was Huskvarna. Kristi was need to go bed first :) On the way to Huskvarna we passed Kinnarps Arena. On the morning they had had memorial service to HV71 previous goal keeper Stefan Liv, who died on tragical plain crash in Jaroslav on Thursday. In the round about was still a lot of candles. It was very nice and beautiful and same time it was very sad. It is always very sad, then someone very young is dies.

After Kristi was at home, we started to drive to Taberg and after got home. It was just before 2 we came at home :) It was good. We just felt how our beds was waiting for us :D
Now, we have to wait next year, when we will have a new crayfish party with our Lions Club. More pictures about the evening will come during new week.

Hello School,

Today was first day at school in Estonia. Even my brothers young son sat today first time in school bench. Time just flies. All goes so fast. I remember when he was just born and was so small. Now I have not met him years, but he has got older and started school. Soon will his sisters join with him.
I wish to all children and teachers happy new school year!
