Sunday evening,

Again weekend seems to be over and on some hours new work week will start. Another work week and weekend has just passed so fast, that now comes question, that where has it left. Feels like all things I wanted to do, that some things are still undone. On the other hand, there will be new days and weekends and weeks, so the things will not leave to be undone.
This weekend we have celebrated birthday. During a work week, we have made work and got a new costumer as well. Her place we start to clean from next week. Tomorrow will bring also another new work, what we had visited around a month ago. Feels good to see how our small company grows. It is heart warming!
I also want to say thank you for the person, who called me on Friday evening and told me, that he had found my credit card holder, what included my 2 ID cards - one from Estonia and other one from Sweden. Also it included my drivers license, my bankcards and some other cards. Must admit- first when he called me, I think I got a chock. It took me bit time, when my brain worked the information what I got and when I got a panic. I feel that  in one way I own my life to him, who founded my card holder. If he would not had called me, I would be in panic now, I would be miserable. I am really very thankful to him in bottom of my heart. It feels so good, that there still finds honest people who are willing to help others. Incredible is also that, because my card holder had my address and telephone number in, but it had Estonian address and phone number. He made effort for find up my Swedish number and call me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Now it is time for me to prepare some papers to meet one new potential costumer and also make some more homeworks and soon is bed, who is calling me.
Have a nice Sunday evening to all and have a beautiful new work week. We will meet tomorrow again.

Take care my dear readers!

Wedding guests,

Now all invitations are sent out and first answers have been came in. For today's date, so far 18 persons have said that they will come to our wedding and will see that me and my fiancee will sail together to harbor of  marriage.
As closer that date arrives, more nerves will run into me and rises more and more questions about. Do we do right by getting married? Will our marriage last as we both would like and want it? Even if we will put a lot of effort and hard work into that marriage, will that be enough? And that it is just a beginning of questions. Every day comes there new ones. So, what would win at last? Fear or sense of mind. There are so many things what might go wrong before it and after wedding, but there are also so many things, what might go right before and after the wedding. In Estonia we have wisdom for that - who does not take the risks, that does not drink champagne. That was something my aunt told me right before I moved to Sweden. I always have taken those words with me and held them inside my heart, so that if fear wants to take my brain over, I have something what helps me to cool bit down.

Another oat bran baguettes,

Yesterday for my fiancees birthday, I decided to make a new and fresh baguettes. This time I decided to make all almost the same as last time when I baked baguettes, only difference I made was that all the flour I used was wheat flour and oat brain. Also I was put one extra spoon of syrup just to try to see what and how it would be.

So here comes ingredients what I used this time:

25 gr. yeast
2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon honing or syrup
6 dl hand-warm water
2½ dl oat bran
10-10½ dl wheat flour

To make the dough is still same as previous time it was. Mix yeast and honing/syrup and water together. When all this is mixed together, just add salt, oat bran, flour and mix it with tree spoon all together but not very hard mixing. And let it stay under covered next 2 hours.

Take dough out and share it 4 equal parts. Do not knead. Just cut it with dough scraper or sharp knife. Shape them long thin baguettes - as long as baking sheet. Lift it easy to baking sheet and brush it over with egg.  When last time I used all egg, both egg white and yellow, then this time I only used egg yellow. And result was bit more nice and gold brownish.

Heat own up to 260 degrees. When it is 260 degrees bake breads 15 minutes. After that lower temperature down to 150 degrees. Bake breads another 15 minutes.
