It has been 3 month's already...

... from that day, when we got married in April.  That shows, that time has just flied.
It has been very nice and good time so far. Of course, as in every other relationships, some days have been good, some days have small downs, but mostly it has been as every other day before we got married. It has not changed much in our relationship, what we had before. On the contrary, it has made our relationship more stable with, that we do not afraid, that we should leave each other or that we should feel insecure about life together.

During this 3 months, what we have been married. we have been busy to make our home nice and same time spend time at work. Now we have had our two weeks vacation. Time what we have spent together in our garden, home and we have had our small trips. Longest them was, when we went to Stockholm. During this week, I have made last completion with the documents, so that I could get new documents from Estonia. That trip was nice and we spent time together with each other but also with family. Time we spend with our families is usually valuable and once we loose the family or part of it, we can't have that time with them anymore and no matter what, we can do with leftover time. We just can't get back that, even if we would like to have that valuable time back. I know it from my own hand.

All what I can say for the past 3 months as married, thank you my dear for time together. It has been wonderful to be married with you. Love you for that <3

"Poor Knight" - Fried squash,

One of our favorite food is fried squash. It is very easy to make and tastes good. Same time, can trick children also to enjoy the vegetables. That dish can be used separately as well together with other main course.

Ingredients:
1 bigger squash
1 dl flour
3 egg
salt and pepper

Wash the squash. Slice it. Dip slice of squash first to egg. After that to flour and just before you put it to a pan turn it one more time into the egg. Seasoning with salt and pepper and fry them both sides golden brown.

Since we had them this time as our dinner and nothing else. I made a cold sauce for them as well.

Ingredients:

2,5 dl sour cream
2 dl yogurt naturel
salt and peppar
green onion and dill cut in as well.

Mix all and ready to eat.

Hopamarken and Karleby,

In Friday morning, when we started to drive back at home from my father-in-law, my husband wanted to show me one place, so we took the small roads again in the beginning. He wanted to show me old grave places. So, we drove bit around. Our first stop was in Hopamarken. There we saw typical Swedish nature area. After small walking trip  we turned to the car and drove further  to Karleby where was the old graves. That was not something big, but still something. In old times the grave places was not bit either.

What was interesting in those both places, that they had even small boxes were was guestbooks inside, so that people could write inside. Not many such a places you can find that. I think it is good idea. For me it would also be interesting to read, where the visitors have been arrived from.
After those stops, we drove further to home. Had two more stops on the road. One in chocolate fabric and other one in supermarket, so that we could have some food for home.
Even thought we drove a lot during 4 days, but it was interesting by visiting all those places, but also the trip was needed, since I need new documents.
A small advice what I could give, would be, that small roads, they might take longer time then big roads, but all this is worth it. You can see many different things,w hat you might not see if you choose big roads.

Window shoping,

The place we had lunch, the other end of that building was shop where was sold motorbikes. We would had liked to go into there, but they had shop closed for holiday. That was not a big surprise. Many places we have wanted to visit have been closed for summer holidays. So, I had to window shop :D But that was also almost good, but not very good. Easier would have had been to see them inside, bit yeah, we have to take it as it is :D

The pictures are not the best, since glass have reflected back the shining, but still better than nothing ;) At least I know, which is my favorite one.

Taxinge castle,

On our way back from Stockholm we decided to take off from big road and visit one castle. Last year on the way to Estonia we did the same thing, so decided to repeat this year same thing and that was good idea.  For me it is always interesting to see new places and castles are always interesting. The interest for those kind of buildings started, when I went to agricultural school in Estonia and part of the school was also placed into the castle. I also found bit information about Taxinge castle. Only thing, that is in Swedish language, but the people who can understand Swedish can read it, else there can be always help from Google translate :) That place seemed interesting, nice by nature and have so many possibilities  - have parties there, eat in cafe and so on.

By the castle was also possible to see small animals like chickens, rabbits and pigs. They also had some horses there, but they was on the way into the stables and that was not open that day for the public, so therefore here is no pictures of them either.

In the Taxinge castle was also representation for Morgan cars. Must admit, made me bit jealous. Who would not like to own the nice sports car ;) I liked the white Morgan :P Who knows, people must have some dreams :D
