Happy Easter!


I would like to wish you all Happy and wonderful Easter. Spend a good time with your family and friends and just enjoy your free time. Take a time to yourself and enjoy good food, sun and just the things you love to do.
For me, it will be time with my family and friends. We will have a bit traditional food from both Sweden as well from Estonia. Some of the traditions are different between the countries, some of them are similar. One way it is very interesting that I have possibility to take part of different traditions and in the same time keep my own traditions a live as well. Especially since it feels that not many people like to keep their traditions alive. Actually it is bit sad, but in the same time it is also understandable that times are different and changing.
Now it is time for us att have a dinner and spend time with friends and family.

Juicy buns for coffee,

In Wednesday I baked some buns for coffee since I knew that I will get guests on Thursday and it would be good to offer home made refreshments for the coffee.  So, I decided to bake a little. This time it was a buns with vanilla. Good ones in my opinion.

Ingredients: 
50 g yeast
3 dl milk, lukewarm
1 ½dl sugar
1 krm salt
3 egg
225 g butter, room temperature
11–13 dl wheat flour

Filling:
150 g butter, room temperature 
1 ½ dl powder sugar
1 tsp vanillasugar

Decoration:
1 egg
pearlsugar


Amount of buns: 25-35 pieces. 

1. Crumble the yeast into the bowl. Add milk and mix until yeast is melted.
2. Add sugar, salt, egg, butter and flour, little bit on the time. Knead the dough hardly a fiew minutes. Let it rise under baking towel for ca 40 minutes.
3. Filling: Mix together all the ingredients. Make around 25-35 small portions to the plate and put it to freezer while dough is rising.
4. Knead the dough through and divide in to ca 25-35 bites. Make a ball of every dough bite and put them in to the aluminum molds and on the baking plate.
5. Take out the butter from freezer and pressure down one butter portion in each bun. Let buns to rise ca 25 more minutes. Turn own to 250 degrees.
6. Brush the buns with wiped egg and sprinkle with pearl sugar. 
7. Bake the buns in the middle of the own. Let them cool down on the bars.

Hello April,


It is Wednesday and we said in the morning Hello to an April. 3 months from 2015 has passed and just 9 to go until New Years Eve.
Day has brought a mixed feelings. Have had better days but even thought it has been bit hard day for me, it also have brought with it a good moments.


I got a suprise call today when I was in city. While I was in city, got I phone call and a question am I at home. I would have got a visitor if I would have been home with a Easter flower. Now I got that beautiful flower, when I arrived home. That made my day bit more better after one phone call. Thank you for that beautiful surprise. It was so wonderful to get it.

I also had good visit to cinema. It helped me to take my minds of from the home and from other things. I could go out and do something different than usually. It was time to see: The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. I liked first film and wanted very much to see the second as well. I must say, that I did not have to get disappointed. It was a good film. In my opinion even bit better than first one but in some how in the end I felt it would be nice to see a third film as well. Will see what will happen. Will there come third one as well or not.
Film had again parts of good humor and parts with thoughtful thoughts. A good mix of relationships, friendships and people. In my opinion it gave a good amount everything and also good amount mixed emotions. Something what was needed today.


Also got a new book with todays post today. Another book based on Downton Abbey: Lady Catherine, the Earl, and the Real Downton Abbey by Lady Fiona Carnarvon, Countess. It will be intresting to read that book as well. First one was interesting. I love Downton Abbey series and it is interesting to read about the real people behind it from that environment. Next book after I finish the book I read at the moment. Me happy and like it.
Now it is time to eat a little bit and when read a bit. After that time to say good night. Tomorrow will be new day and I have my oral examination in private law. Hopefully I can manage it.

Step closer,


Today after I came home from city and took in the post, when I got a small surprise. It was a very good surprise. My T-shirt for my first run has arrived. It feels so unrealistic but also very good. One step closer for my first run and it feels so good and in some how so right to celebrate my year and that I am alive. That I did not lost my life even thought I was so close for it. I think it is good way to celebrate my year. It is just bit more than one month to go. On the 16th of April I will go and get my number. I can't wait it even thought I am a little bit terrified over it. So many thoughts and questions runs through my head. Will see how it goes. As I have wrote before. It is my first run after over 25 years. So it is a beginning and it feels a good beginning.
