Taxinge castle,

On our way back from Stockholm we decided to take off from big road and visit one castle. Last year on the way to Estonia we did the same thing, so decided to repeat this year same thing and that was good idea.  For me it is always interesting to see new places and castles are always interesting. The interest for those kind of buildings started, when I went to agricultural school in Estonia and part of the school was also placed into the castle. I also found bit information about Taxinge castle. Only thing, that is in Swedish language, but the people who can understand Swedish can read it, else there can be always help from Google translate :) That place seemed interesting, nice by nature and have so many possibilities  - have parties there, eat in cafe and so on.

By the castle was also possible to see small animals like chickens, rabbits and pigs. They also had some horses there, but they was on the way into the stables and that was not open that day for the public, so therefore here is no pictures of them either. 

In the Taxinge castle was also representation for Morgan cars. Must admit, made me bit jealous. Who would not like to own the nice sports car ;) I liked the white Morgan :P Who knows, people must have some dreams :D

Small roads,

Before our lunch stop we made one more stop. It was one small parking space but it had absolutely fabulous view. It also had very good raspberries. Nomm nomm, they was good. So after when I could not reach anymore, my dear husband was nice and good and  took some more for us. They was sweet and we had nice stop.So in the end, small roads can be very different by the views  from the big highways. Usually if it is possible, when I self prefer small roads. I like to experience different things and places out in nature.

Those hunted raspberries was tasty and sweet. They was really worth to hunt them :)

Next stop - Ramundeboda,

After we had drove again for a while and was passed Mariestad, when my dear husband, wanted to show us on convent ruins. Unfortunately there was not much ruins left, but at least there was something and the nature was very  nice in the area. The lake had nice shadows from the sky's and there was small information point together with small cafe. In front of the cafe was made small tree sculptors about monks.  In the end, that break was needed and we had a good deserved ice cream :) After that, our trip could continue again towards to Rimbo, where we visited my husbands uncle and his wife.

First stop - Hova,

On our way to Stockholm, we made our first stop in Hova, for at stretch our legs and that I could take some pictures. In Hova, they had interesting building there why had their Tourist information. The morning was also nice and beautiful and behind tourist information was corn field. It felt just as a perfect start for our trip. 

First week of my vacation...

...will soon end and new week will arrive. Next week I will have last week of my vacation as well and after that it will be work again.
This first week has went fast and so many different things has been happen.Now I hope that after the last completition with documents I will get my new Estonian passport and ID-card. Interesting will be see, what will arrive first - my new travel documents from Estonia or new drivers licence from Sweden.
During the trip to Stockholm, we visited also some interesting or also nice places but about them I will write in different posts and will also add pictures from the trip. Just first I will need to put my pictures into computer.
Today we also started to digg in our garden. Now I hope that in the end we will have new nice and fixed garden. At least we will hope that our hard work will be paid off in the end.
