SyFestivalen and Stockholm,

November has soon arrived to half a month and I just have not had much time to write into my blog. So, now I try to fix that thing, at least I will try.
Last weekend I and Kristi took a small trip to Stockholm. Like in the April, as well now in beginning of November was SyFestival - Sewing fair. This time only in Stockholm and we both liked it, when it was here, so we made decision - We will spend a weekend in Stockholm during 5 and 6th November.
I had booked us an hotel room in our visit to Stockholm.
Our morning started quite early and same time not very early. Around half past 7 I woke up and made myself ready for trip and an hour later I just left home to pick up Kristi as well. After that our trip towards Stockholm could start. Trip was long, but with small breaks and driver change - we managed it well.
First stop was Sewing fair. One thing we could see right a way, was that it was much bigger than it was here in Jönköping in the spring. I had got before fair also their catalog at home and made marks, what I would like to see and visit and Kristi looked it also on the road. The things what interested me the most, I had marked, but that did not mean that I did not want to see all the mess. When we saw how bit it was, I knew tight away that my moneybag will have funeral after that fair. There was so much interesting things. I bought some fabric and patterns and of course - embroidery patterns.  Can't live with out them :)
We spent there a lot of time, but it was quality time. We both at least felt so. An hour before fair was closed, we felt that now we are tired as well and decided to drive to hotel.
We spent our night at Scandic hotel in Kungens Kurva. Hotel was nice. Room was OK. At least for us, who needed that room just for sleep :) Of course, we as owners of cleaning company, was also look bit how clean room was, and we saw some dust, but we survived it ;)
Later in the evening we met with one more Estonian boy here in Sweden. We had dinner at Chinese restaurant. Food was good :) As usually, that is not something new :) Later we drank some more wine at the hotel and since day had been long and made us bit tired, when we decided to go to sleep just before midnight. At least we had good time and we was very satisfied.

A year older,

Today has been a day, when I got a year older. Hufff, just remembered how it was to be in kindergarten and now, years later we have our own company, married and so on and on. Time just flies and just can't understand where it goes.

It has been wonderful day for me. Morning started with birthday cake in bed with coffee and juice. Even a nice present I got from my husband. A calligraphy pencils. Now, I just need ink and ready to use :)

After breakfast it was time for work. Met my dear colleague in city and we enjoyed a nice breakfast together, since cake was only breakfast I got in the morning, so, breakfast in Bernard's and after that it was work what was needed to be done.

Now in the evening I spent time with my husband and sat bit behind my embroidery machine. Later got visit from my colleagues and had bit pizza and wine. Soon it is time for me to go to bed, since tomorrow will be another work day and after that quite busy weekend will arrive :) Time for us to visit a SyFestival in Stockholm :)

Christmas napkin ring,

Today I started to prepare for Christmas :) I know. It is just in the beginning of November, but if I would like to have something ready for Christmas, when I should start now.

Towel for wedding present,

My husbands colleague was got married in summer. Since they got married in secret, we had first hen party last week. Today she got a present from all girls as well. I had made a nice personal towel with their names and wedding date. If you would like to have something similar, when just feel free to contact me :)
